Canning apples

I spent saturday at Kathy's house making applesauce and apple pie filling. We made 147 jars of sauce and 38 jars of filling! Wow!, that was a long day but what a good feeling to see the finished product of all your hard work! Thanks to sister Newman for letting us use her apples off her trees!
